What Should I Expect on a SpinUrWheels Course?
Our courses are real life adventures, and the excitingly unpredictable nature of a real expedition makes every course different. Unlike other "activities", you'll actually be out there moving, getting dirty, learning and having fun. You can expect some down-time for hanging out and talking over lunch, but mostly you will be actively learning, doing, and moving.

Can I Bring my Bike?
You are encouraged to bring your own bike, but if you do not have one, let us know. Ellsworth Handcrafted Bicycles offers Demo bikes for the class. Please keep in mind that you must reserve your bike EARLY because the Demos are limited.
Where Are We Going?
We are based out of Escondido, CA, but we will train in destinations all over North San Diego County, depending on the group of riders.
What Will We Eat?
We'll pack a great lunch and plenty of snacks. Energy bars or gels will not be provided, but feel free to bring your own. If you have any dietary restrictions, or you'd like to bring your own lunches, please inform us several days before your course.
Should I Workout Before my Course?
While this course is for bikers of all levels, we recommend that you participate in regular strength training activities before your course, ensuring that you are able to ride your bike for an hour at a time. There will be frequent stops while you're riding, but you should plan to be on your bike for most of the day.

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy
A $100 fee will be charged for each course.
Payment must be recieved IN FULL prior to the class in order to reserve a spot in the class, or to reserve a bicycle if you do not have one. Space is limited, so don't delay!
CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 2 weeks: 100% refund
7-14 Days: 25% refund, or the $100 fee may be transferred to another course.
Less than 7 Days: no refunds or transfers.
